Patient Room Service at Medical Center Downtown
Our inpatients at Medical Center Downtown receive all their meals and snacks through the tray line food service program.
Patients will be contacted by phone or in person by a dietary team member to choose meals and snacks, from the appropriate menu, ordered by your provider.

How to Order
Our inpatient menus are available in PDF form.
A representative from the Dietary Department will visit your room to collect your meal selections in person via a tablet device.
If you are out of the room or unavailable, we will give you a call to collect your meal selections at another time.
If you receive an inbound call, you will place your order. You may end up placing multiple orders for your meals throughout that day during this phone call.
