Areas of Stead Family Children’s Hospital are designed with play in mind.

Playrooms and Clubhouses on the inpatient units have an open-door policy and feature toys, games, and equipment to delight the playfulness in all of us.

Each inpatient room is equipped with a patient television and a separate television for caregivers. The patient television is controlled by a bedside tablet utilizing One View technology with preloaded entertainment applications. Patients are welcome to bring video game consoles and games from home or check them out from the Patient’s Library.
