Fourth Floor Salon

The Fourth Floor Salon, in partnership with Stead Family Children's Hospital, offers a complimentary program to pediatric inpatients. This program is available in a child's room or in a group setting on level 12 rooftop. Pediatric inpatients receive complimentary services such as temporary tattoos, temporary spray hair color, manicures, and styling such as braids or curls.

Our "No Pay" Program provides services for inpatients who would benefit from a basic service but would find payment a hardship. Please speak with your care team about requesting a salon service without charge.

In partnership with Wigs for Kids, a non-profit organization, the Fourth Floor Salon can help you donate your hair to assist children suffering from medical hair loss. Donation hair is required to be a minimum of 12 inches and non-chemically treated. Total cost of service is $50.00 this includes collecting donation hair, shampoo, full haircut, and style.

Our licensed Cosmetologists are certified in wig fittings and provide complimentary wigs to pediatric and adult patients undergoing physical changes. We provide a respectful environment and can help you learn new skills and techniques to help overcome circumstances. We offer appointments in one-on-one settings. Many of our services, including wig fittings, turbans, and makeup lessons are available at reduced or no cost.

Treat your department! On unit massages for staff are available by appointment only, minimum of two hours required, must be scheduled at least one week in advance. Prepayment for requested time is required.
